Dr. Kait Hoff
Dr. Kaitlyn Hoff, DC, Cert. MDT and co-founder of Synergy Spine & Performance, is a highly experienced chiropractor specializing in musculoskeletal (MSK) disorders.

Kait graduated from Messiah University with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. With a strong foundation in health sciences and extensive clinical expertise, Dr. Hoff has dedicated her career to providing expert care for individuals with a wide range of MSK conditions.
Dr. Hoff, who currently practices in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood, holds advanced certifications in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), which allows her to perform thorough assessments and design personalized treatment plans that empower patients to take control of their recovery. She is also certified in the Webster Technique, offering specialized care for pregnant individuals by addressing pelvic imbalances and optimizing comfort during pregnancy.

In addition to these certifications, Dr. Hoff integrates a variety of complementary therapies into her practice, including myofascial release, cupping therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) such as the Graston Technique, and custom rehabilitation and physical therapy programs. These therapies are designed to alleviate pain, improve mobility, restore strength, and enhance overall function.​​
